Pigeon Forge, TN (Enter to Win)

My family and I love visiting Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.  We always try to go at least twice a year. There are so many things to see and do.  One of my favorites would be the Dollywood theme park. They have different events throughout the year at the park such as the Harvest Celebration and the Smoky Mountain Christmas festival.

During the Harvest festival the park is decorated with beautiful fall decor and they offer special dishes to showcase some of the harvest season’s most celebrated recipes.  You can also enjoy some Southern Gospel music concerts as well as the fall foliage.  The Harvest Celebration runs from September 28 through October 29.  

During the Smoky Mountain Christmas festival you will see one of the best light displays. The entire park is lit up with 4 million lights and different Christmas themed decor. There is also a Santa's Workshop with larger-than-life toys and you can get the chance to get a picture with Santa. They also have many different Christmas themed shows and a parade to enjoy as well.  We also really love riding on the authentic 110-ton coal-fired steam engine train.  It takes you on a breathtaking five-mile journey through the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. The park also offers a lot of rides for smaller children which we really like because we have a two year old.  It is really something to see if you haven't visited Dollywood during Christmas time, it is so beautiful.  Smoky Mountain Christmas starts November 5 through December 30.  

Pigeon Forge also offers a variety of dining experiences, shopping, shows, miniature golf, arcades and attractions. Some of the attractions include Wonder Works and the new Titanic Exhibit. The shows that Pigeon Forge offers are really something to see. They have dinner theaters, comedy shows, and magic shows. Right now you can enter to win a trip to Pigeon Forge.
